*All participants in Culinary Arts Community classes should wear pants, close toed shoes, and have long hair tied back in order to enter the Culinary facility. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to attend any Culinary Community class. The age range for kid’s classes is 8-13. If a child is brought to a class and looks significantly younger than the age range they will be turned away. Thank you, for observing our policies. *

Nashville Hot
A culinary celebration of “Good Ol Food” from Nashville. Come learn how to make authentic Pimento Cheese, Bread and Butter Pickles, Hot and Spicy Nashville Chicken, Candied Bacon, Molasses Baked Sweet Potato Fries, and of course, Banana Pudding.

Spanish Tapas and Paella
Come explore the tastes of the Iberian Peninsula with a selection of colorful and flavorful Spanish style Tapas. Empanadas of pure wrapped enjoyment, classic Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs), and of course Paella. Come with your appetite and leave with an enthusiasm to learn about a new culture and the food it offers.

Kid's Passport to Spain
Grow your child’s culinary repertoire without having to leave town. During this class, students will learn about the colorful and flavorful world of Spanish Tapas. Students will prepare and shape chorizo and cheese empanadas, roll albondigas(Spanish meatballs), season patatas bravas, and shape and bake sweet puff pastry pinwheels. Come with your appetite and leave with an enthusiasm to learn about a new culture and the food it offers.
